Author Radio Tour

 

Our Radio Satellite Tour program provides authors the chance to conduct interviews at radio stations across the U.S. without leaving their homes or offices.  The first interview you have is with our in-house publicist, who will get a feel for you, your book, and your marketing goals. 

Our publicist then develops a specific list of 75 radio programs whose producers are looking for books like yours to discuss on the air.  Our authors are interviewed on national, large-market, satellite networks (XM and Sirius), and local stations depending on the topics and themes of an author´s book.

Once we´ve identified which radio programs to target, our publicist creates a radio-specific pitch letter, sends it and a copy of your book to the programs selected.  Then she follows up with the producers and begins scheduling interviews for you.

What you get:

  • A phone conference with your publicist to discuss the best radio marketing strategy for your book.
  • A radio specific pitch letter sent by your publicist to 75 selectively targeted radio programs across the U.S.
  • Your publicist follows up with the producers of each radio program to which your book was pitched and schedules interviews for you.

NOTE:  This service is only available to authors in our bookstore and library distribution program.  Further, Authors must provide books to be sent to radio stations and pay for postage to these stations.
